Envirotecture & Enerhaus are hosting guided tours of our GardenHaus project in Woodend, VIC on Friday 10th March.
Talina Edwards and Stuart Lee will be giving a short talk to explain the benefits of Passivhaus, the design concept of the project, the sustainability features, the performance outcomes and lessons learnt along the way.
A rare opportunity to see a Passivhaus* project under-construction before plasterboard is installed.
See the internal air-tight wraps, service cavity, triple-glazed windows, external vapour-permeable membranes, blower-door test, and experience this lovely new all-electric, low-carbon home in an established garden setting!
*This home is targeting Passivhaus – Low Energy Certification.
