Property developers We offer these same range of services to property developers of all kinds —local councils, NGOs, boutique and mainstream developers of multi- and single-family developments and commercial and community buildings.

Architects/designers We consult in a range of ways to other designers who use our expertise in sustainable material selection, energy efficiency, Passivhaus design and carbon assessments.

Sustainability services

Envirotecture’s experts can assist on new builds, renovations and retrofits. As well as our fixed-fee services, we can help you with

• cost/benefit analyses,
• material recommendations and/or sourcing (according to various foci such as biophilic, sustainable, healthy, regenerative, local, low carbon, energy efficient) and
• electrification advice

We can provide advice in any of these areas at the very initial stages or review plans drawn up by other designers.

Passivhaus performance

Envirotecture’s people are acknowledged experts in the field of certified Passivhaus design. We provide these services to homeowners and property developers. If you already have your own architect, we can work as part of a team while reporting directly to you.

We also provide Passivhaus consulting to architectural designers and architects. This can be particularly valuable for designers wishing to lean into more genuinely sustainable/healthy/efficient designs but who don’t wish to specialise in the technical aspects of energy modelling and PHPP design. It also benefits novice Passivhaus designers needing coaching on their initial projects.

We can provide support on a consulting basis or have several fixed fee packages available.
