Sydney gets another certified passivhaus, its fifth and our third. This one breaks all the passivhaus rules yet still works like a charm….with north to the street, an elongated plan and courtyard it challenges the ‘boxy with small windows’ assumptions and demonstrates the flexibility of the passivhaus standard .
