Huff’n’Puff Haus WINS Houses Sustainability Award Commendation!

We’re also thrilled to share that our Huff’n’Puff project has been officially recognised in the Houses Awards 2024, alongside Anderson Architecture’s Pocket Passiv project with Commendations in this category! This acknowledgment of both these commendations reflects the growing number of Passivhaus projects appearing across all awards programs in Australia which is excellent to see!

Thanks to HOUSES magazine, the jury and the sponsors for our project to be recognised amongst so many incredibly beautiful homes that were entered, and those shortlisted.

It’s a real honour to receive this accolade – but not so we can brag to our architect-mates (!) – but so we can continue to share the story of how this nature-aligned architecture cares for the health of the home’s inhabitants, and the health of our earth. Every design decision we make has an impact on the future, so we aim to not only have less negative impact, but also aim for a more positive impact for future generations… as we’ve often said, the beauty of this project is more than skin-deep.
