This NSW New Build recently received Passivhaus Certification
This delightful new build in East Lindfield has recently received its Passivhaus certification. As is so often the case, a great collaboration between client, builder and ourselves to see the project through to fruition.
Completed in mid 2025, it has already been a delight to see the garden, especially the green roof, take hold and blossom. A big thanks to landscape architect Elke Haege for her skills and effort. We look forward to showing that off later in the year.
Our usual data monitoring has shown, unsurprisingly, that the home performs well yet it also giving a few hints to tweaks and changes that we were able to implement to make it even better! Even in a high performing home, there is often room for improvement, we love those learnings!
