We’ll solve the big challenges: resilient, cheap to heat and cool, supremely healthy, connected to the natural environment and genuinely sustainable. And we’ll delight you with the small, perfectly thought out details.
What we do in the residential space:
- Renovations and retrofits for improved energy efficiency
- New homes (stand alone homes, townhouses, apartments, terraces)
- Consulting (pre-purchase site assessment, initial and detailed design, review existing plans, Passivhaus services, contract administration, construction consulting)
- Interior design is available as a standalone service or as part of our broader architectural offering
Community & commercial spaces
We’re available to design multi-family housing projects, community buildings, retail spaces and light commercial such as cafes and office fitouts.
Envirotecture has a long track record in master planning and urban design, establishing the framework for future developments. We think deeply about the spaces between buildings too!
For instance, our master plan for Narara Ecovillage created a spacious, sunny village green. Not easy to do on the side of a steep hill, but community thrives in spaces like this.
