Our wonderful clients, Teresa and Tony are opening their home and allowing our friend and colleague, Sean Maxwell from the Air Tightness and Testing Measurement Association (ATTMA) to do a blower door test.
The home is first to be completed at the Ecovillage on the Central Coast of New South Wales. Other projects are coming out of the ground at the moment including a hempcrete house (by us), a strawbale house, an earthship (not us) and our 18-unit Custer housing project.
This home was built by local firm, Living Green Designer Homes and represents the top end of the quality/performance-tree in Australian residential construction.
