Envirotecture is willing and able to consult to various degrees on other development projects, large or small.

We have contributed skills in areas such as solar access for subdivisions; and sustainability reviews of house design, multi-unit design, and commercial design. This may be as simple as offering a written opinion, or being part of the design team from concept to completion.

One hour, or one year – our priority is to improve outcomes for occupants and to add long term value to the finished project, by lowering its ecological impact.

Previous clients in this area have included government departments and quasi-government agencies, large commercial developers, small ‘boutique developers’, and individual home-owner developers.

Our input is based upon the key issues of good design, and the technical solutions to things like water and energy tend to come naturally and economically.
