Our input is based upon the key issues of good design, and the practical solutions to the needs of water and energy use, indoor environmental quality, and materials sourcing. We have contributed skills in areas such as solar access for subdivisions, sustainability reviews of house design, multi-unit design, and commercial design. This may be as simple as offering a written opinion such as a desktop review, or being an active member of the design team from concept to completion. Consultations can also take place on VOIP or video-conferencing.
Previous clients in this area have included councils and government departments, quasi-government agencies, large commercial developers, small ‘boutique developers’, and individual home-owner developers.
